Cancellation & Refund Policy

Vendor Service Bookings

Because wedding venues, makeup artists, and photographers commit exclusive dates and turn away prospective bookings, each vendor establishes their own cancellation schedule and advance deposit refund terms. These terms are specified in the individual contract executed directly between the couple and the partner.

VivahSutra Concierge Services

Consultation fees for dedicated white-glove venue search or concierge planning suites can be refunded if cancellation is requested prior to the commencement of venue proposal shortlisting and contract negotiations.
