VivahSutra is committed to maintaining 100% authentic, tamper-free reviews. We prohibit vendors from submitting reviews for themselves, offering financial incentives for positive ratings, or penalizing clients for negative feedback.

Review Moderation & Fraud Prevention

All client reviews are checked for spam, vulgarity, and authenticity before publishing. Star ratings are calculated as a mathematical average of verified stored client reviews.

Vendor Right of Reply

Registered wedding vendors have the opportunity to publish a constructive, polite public reply to every customer review directly from their vendor portal.
