1. Verification Standards

To maintain our high editorial standards, vendor listings requesting "Verified" status must submit valid business registration or proof of commercial operation, verified WhatsApp/telephone contact details, and authentic portfolio photographs.

2. Pricing Accuracy

Vendors must maintain accurate starting prices and package inclusion details. Deceptive low-ball pricing or undisclosed mandatory hidden costs violate our merchant guidelines.

3. Image Copyright

Vendors must only upload images and videos that they have photographed, created, or obtained explicit written authorization to display from the client and creative copyright holders.
